Jill Elkin is an experienced therapeutic yoga and meditation teacher, (E-
RYT 200, RYT 500, Certified iRest® Teacher) as well as a trained stress
management specialist. 

Jill experienced iRest for the first time in a yoga
teacher training in 2017 and discovered profound peace and ease.
Since then, she completed an intensive, multi-year study in teaching
iRest, and has been using iRest in her work with individuals affected by
chronic pain, cardiac events, stroke, anxiety, and end of life. The
practice of iRest has profoundly affected her teaching style, both for
movement and stillness practices, giving her access to the felt sense of
well-being that she loves to share with students and clients in her

classes and sessions.
