Keji is a RYT 200 yoga certified instructor bringing a global perspective in both her teaching style, musical choices and accessibility of yoga. Her classes are for all body shapes, sizes and levels. She creates a compassionate environment in which students can learn what is important and true to their own body, and mind, whether that be physical strength, or reduction of mental chatter. Her teaching style is built around gentle and restorative Yoga, focusing on slowing down and opening up the body through passive stretching.
